Lawrence Nana Yaw Oduro-Sarpong is a Ghanaian Human Resource Developer resident in Berlin- Garmany. His freelance services include Training, Coaching, Mediation, Supervision and Process Moderation. The themes of his services include Diversity Management, Conflict Management, Critical Whiteness, Empowerment and Decolonization.

He is also the voluntary Board Chairman of AfricAvenir International Association in Berlin. AfricAvenir International is a pan-africanist non-governmental and non-profit organisation founded in Cameroon, engaging in political education and information dissemination both in Africa and in the world. Founded by Prince Kum' a Ndumbe III. in 1985, it expanded its reach in 2000 through the creation of a German chapter in Berlin. AfricAvenir International is committed to an African Renaissance, Decolonization and International Cooperation.
