Thursday, 20 November, 6 p.m. (CET) via zoom | PLATFORM München, IGBK and touring artists

 Free participation after prior registration

Planning an artistic project, a residency, or an exhibition abroad—what do artists and other professionals in the arts need to consider, and what support can they receive for their international work?

Christine Heemsoth and Carolin Schulz work for IGBK, and Christine Heemsoth is part of the touring artists team. They will provide an overview of important administrative issues and procedures and present the tools available: information on residencies and funding opportunities, European artists' associations and service institutions, advice on administrative issues such as customs, income tax, or entry and work permits. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for questions and an open discussion.

The event will be held in German.

touring artists is a joint project of IGBK, the International Theatre Institute (ITI) Germany and Dachverband Tanz Deutschland (DTD). The project is supported by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media and the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion.
