Die Culinary Residency lädt Köch:innen, Künstler:innen, Food-Designer:innen und interdisziplinär arbeitende Praktiker:innen ein, die die Geschichte des ehemaligen Terrassenrestaurants oder neue zeitgenössische Formen des gemeinsamen Essens erforschen möchten.
Gesucht werden Positionen, die Kochen als kulturelle und künstlerische Praxis verstehen und Fragen von Gemeinschaft, Erinnerung, Gastlichkeit, Ernährung, regionalen Traditionen, sowie Agrarwissenschaft, Ökologie und die Zukunft des Essens verhandeln.

The culinary residency invites chefs, artists, food designers, and those with interdisciplinary practices to explore the history of the former terrace restaurant or new, contemporary forms of
communal dining.
We are seeking proposals that treat cooking as a cultural and artistic practice, engaging with themes such as community, memory, hospitality, nutrition, and regional tradition,
alongside agricultural science, ecology, and the future of food.
