The work of "h.arta" group, founded in 2001, is an attempt at overcoming the limitations young artists encounter in the Romanian art system: traditionalist education, lack of information and communication, marginal position concerning art events. The alternative space "h.arta", located in Timisoara, was from its very beginning thought of as a place of communication.
