"Dreams of Art Spaces Collected" is an artistic research interview project by Dorothee Albrecht, Alf Löhr, Andreas Schmid and Moira Zoitl for the Internationale Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste (IGBK).
The project, realized from 2007 to 2015, has been presented in various European locations and in China.
The interviews, conducted in Europe, China, Australia and India, collect visions and experiences of artists, curators and theorists in exhibiting and mediating contemporary art. The focus was on non-profit project spaces and artist initiatives.
A first collection of seven DVDs was released in 2008. In 2015, the project was expanded with two more DVDs and a comprehensive reader. All publications can be ordered from the IGBK office.
