MONTHLY FEES are calculated for a three months+ stay (shorter stays plus 150€ per month!) Takt provides a two room apartment and two three room apartments in Prenzlauer Berg - one work/live room, shared bathroom/kitchen - 1600€ - two work/live rooms, shared bathroom/kitchen - 2000€ (with piano) - two room apartment (with painting studio incl.)- 2500€ (with piano) - three room apartment (with painting studio incl.)- 2800€ (with piano) General fees: 600€ deposit (you get back after your stay) 200€/month maintenance fee

We have an ongoing Open Call for our Residency projects.
Young, talented and emerging artists are welcome as well as established artists and creatives. The residencies we offer are SELF GUIDED residencies for one (minimum) until six months.
You will like it here - if you are keen on checking out a new environment on your own, getting the vibes of Berlin or the two East German cities Leipzig and Zeitz unfiltered and if you love working on your own projects in your studio.

The studio apartments are fully furnished, providing W-LAN, pianos (two in Berlin and one in Leipzig) and washing machines.
It is also possible to rent a bike.
