An informative crash course with experts Carolin Schulz and Christine Heemsoth from the Internationale Gesellschaft der Bildenden Künste (IGBK) and the touring artists team on everything we always wanted to know about "How to become an artist-in-residence": How and where can I find a suitable offer for a residency at home or abroad? Are there quality criteria? Can I bring my family with me? Are material costs reimbursed or maintenance paid? Are there any hidden costs? Are travel costs covered? Which residency programs really make sense and why?
