Jerome is an artist that uses play to explore conversations around the ambiguity of identity.
Predominantly working through Paintings and Installations, his current series ‘Action Black’ is focused on how the lived experience can be captured and expressed in painting. Jerome is a Senior Lecturer at Camberwell College of Art and sits on the board of 'a-n Artists Information Company' and Blackhorse Workshop, he is also on the Executive Committee of IAA Europe.
Jerome is part of the round table at the 2024 visual artists | diverse conditions conference. He also gave an input at the visual artists | diverse conditions workshop on 15 November 2023 on the issue of 'Funding and Working Spaces against the Background of Diversity Aspects in Europe' from a UK perspective.
