In an increasingly networked world, the question of how project spaces and independent initiatives can work together internationally and nationally and organise themselves, is becoming more and more important. The event offers the opportunity to present and discuss innovative approaches and practices that go beyond state funding.

Kreativ-Transfer and the IGBK invite you to exciting impulses and exchange, a.o. with the following inputs:

Opportunities for joint action and forms of self-organisation: Lisa Schorm from the Network of Independent Berlin Project Spaces and Initiatives

Transnational networks and platforms between Europe and Asia: An input by Valentina Riccardi (Director, Culture Department, Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF))

And working methods of project spaces, non-profit organizations with a focus on (South) East Asia with examples from Seoul: Jaemin Shin (Project space The WilloW), Kiyoung Peik (Modu Art Space) and Hong Kong: Doris Poon (Videotage)

The event is aimed at anyone interested in cultural self-organisation, international cooperation and the future of project spaces.

We look forward to an inspiring exchange and invite you to join us in developing new perspectives.

The event is aimed at operators of project spaces and producer galleries, and at anyone interested in cultural self-organisation and international cooperation.
